Shipping Policy
We value our customers time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest of conditions, on or before the committed date. In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express & Ecom Express.
Delivery Timeline:
- While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.
Shipping Charges:
- Pan India: We provide free shipping across India.
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.

mentioning your order number and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Cancellation Policy
KOSKII reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post-confirmation, he/she should either call us at 08046163052 or email us at boutiquewesnic@gmail.com stating the ORDER No.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Koskii & the refund would only be in the form of a credit voucher code. You can email us at boutiquewesnic@gmail.com for any cancellation requests. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.
SALE
Discount coupon codes are not applicable on sale products.
Customized Products/Orders
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect with the same. There will be no discount available for the customization cost for any product.
Facetime or Skype call Orders
Products ordered on Facetime or Skype calls cannot be canceled once an order is placed.
There will be no discounts available on any product purchased on Facetime or Skype calls.
Products purchased on Facetime or Skype calls will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects with the same. Accessories are not returnable.
Order delay/cancellations due to delay
Given the complexity in production, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your advice on this matter which may result in your order being delayed.
In case our garment construction expert team notices that the measurements you have provided are incorrect or if there is a variation, then we may approach you to cross-check the measurements again. The time taken for these measurements to be re-checked may also delay an order.
At any point in time during the garment construction process, the product cannot be canceled.
Refunds
A canceled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for a future purchase or a refund in your bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly.
Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.
At no point in time, will Koskii issue refunds more than the value of the product.
